History: Nero Marquina (Negro Mrquina) is a marble with origin in Spain coming generally from the Basque country, north of Spain.
It is one of the most popular marbles in the world and well known by specifiers. It has a veined texture with occurrences of fossils varying slab to slab on a dark base colour.
We have come across projects where a sand-blasted or brushed finishes were required although it most popular versions are the polished and honed finishes.
Negro Marquina marble is relatively low in cost compared to other marbles whilst maintaining adding splendor and richensss to any space.
