Compac Portoro is a beautiful black quartz stone with white veins that uses vegetable resin to bind together grains of quartz, bringing the beauty and feel of timeless marbles from Italy, with superior performance and strength compared to that of natural stone.
Compac Portoro quartz is a black background stone with white veins that uses a BIO resin to bind together grains of quartz and other minerals plus colouring agents, into a flexible and adaptable surface that can be used for flooring, wall cladding and worktops.
From the end user’s perspective, this means no opportunity for water penetration, and no hiding place for germs and bacteria, a concern in any kitchen. The blending of two or more materials results in patterns which are consistent throughout the manufacturing run, but with details that are always unique: no two areas of any particular worktop will be completely identical.
