Product Description

Everest Granite is a natural stone quarried in Brazil and exported to the UK and Europe from Espirito Santo’s Port.
It presents a creamy white background, with exotic brown and taupe patches and veining in an organic pattern that evokes the natural beauty of mountains and cliffs.
Everest is suitable for use in kitchens, walls and floorings. It requires little maintenance whilst providing sophisticated looks in both interior and exterior applications that require natural stone that offers a refined appearance with incredible performance characteristics and strength.
Granite is an ideal stone to work with, offering the possibility of having seamless pieces across large surfaces such as kitchen worktops, bar counters, bathrooms, cladding, and islands.

Everest Granite is a magmatic rock which is made from quartz and feldspar amongst other minerals and named after one of the most famous mountainous landscapes in the world.

In the first place, it occurs naturally below the earth’s surface. Secondly, the process takes place over hundreds of thousands of years, resulting in an extremely strong stone.

It is also important to note Granite has been used over many civilizations in construction of buildings, monuments and paving. Most recently, it has become a material of choice for decoration. If a long history of its use over time was not enough, granite can be seen almost everywhere. In the same way, residential homes, commercial properties and restaurants use it too.

Natural Granite offers unique and exotic looks, durability and strength. Not only that, but it also brings investment value to any property in which it is applied. Moreover, and when it comes to performance, the stone is great. The lack of calcium in granite ensures the stone does not etch like marble when exposed to acid present in lemons, oranges, etc

Besides this, granite varies in shape, patterns and colours. As an example, slab sizes will usually cover areas of between 5.5-metre square and 6.5-metre square. In other words, is ideal for large areas such as kitchen islands as it can be installed seamlessly.

When it comes to thicknesses, 20mm and 30mm are the most popular. It comes in standard finishes in polished, honed, satin and leather. This significantly allows for many options in terms of both design and style.
