Product Description

Arabescato Alpino marble is a natural stone quarried in the north of Italy and it belongs to the Arabescato marble family. Arabescato Alpino marble is a white natural stone with a distinctive pattern, making  allusion to its distinctive ‘arabesque’ pattern.

Consequently, the stone comes with original features that consist of interlaced grey veins. In addition, the marble resembles decorative art which originally started in the middle East in around the 9th century. The use of this stone as a decorative item,  eventually expanded onto Europe during the Renaissance period.

Arabescato Alpino marble is particular in its kind. It offers a light to mid-grey backdrop surface which will suit spaces that require a subtle toned material. It will surely help you complete elegant designs with charm and grace.

Arabescato Alpino marble is most popular in polished finished which offers a natural sheen that highlights the dark veins on the slab and to a lesser extent in a honed finish which is more popular for traditional designs and areas such as bathrooms and hallways.

Despite its subtle elegance, Arabescato Alpino brings a sturdy material that can be used for applications such as worktops, table tops, splashbacks, wall cladding and floorings to name a few. In Exteriors, the material is mostly used for benches and floor tiles, steps and entrances that require a luxurious and welcoming natural product that works in both contemporary and classic specifications.

Marble is a 100% natural product that varies in size, pattern and dimensions; making each piece unique. Slabs dimensions vary from block to block and cover an approximate area of 5.5m2.

Marble comes in standard thicknesses of 20mm and 30mm and can also be sourced in thicker sheets and block formats. A typical slab of Arabescato Alpino marble comes in approximate dimensions of 2700x1500mm which offers the possibility of designing large seamless panels.
