Description

Product Description

Stone Italiana Fango is a brown stone material composed by approximately 93% pure quartz crystals and a mix of raw materials, minerals and resins that result in a product that is non-porous, highly resistant to scratches, impact and staining.

Fango means ‘mud’ which is the natural element in which the manufacturer was inspired to create this design, offering a stone with a consistent mid-brown tone  with an array of fine grains in beige, grey and black which provide a similar appearance to natural granite but with superior performance characteristics and minimal maintenance requirements.

Stone Italiana Fango comes in slabs with dimensions 3050x1400mm. Thicknesses available start at 13mm, 20mm and 30mm which will suit both horizontal and vertical usage, displaying an immaculate polished finish that provides magnificent sheen, attracting light into its surface. Fango is also available in a ‘Grain’ finish accentuating its granular appearance and in a ‘Rocface’ finish that offers a heavier textured finish which works well in traditional and industrial designs.

When it comes to tiles, Stone Italiana is the only company in the world awarded the Avis Technique certification for formats of up to 600x1200mm; which enables the brand to supply large-format floor tiles that fulfil the technical requirements laid down by EU legislation. The Company also produces extra-large tiles with sizes 1200x1200mm.

Stone Italiana Fango warrants its high performance in terms of water absorption, making it a suitable stone  for commercial applications in international projects including airports, schools, hospitals, universities, supermarkets, shopping centres, offices and other establishments in public spaces.
